Sandbur Party Rental Pricing

Sandbur Events and Rental is our party rental service. We deliver tables, chairs, and tents, to your backyard event. *We set up tents, you relax! Tables and chairs are delivered on carts for you to set when and where you need them.

Rental items must be cleaned to the condition they were received - and prepared for pickup (chairs/tables on carts) prior to the specified pick-up time - to avoid cleaning/gathering costs assessed to damage deposit. Decorations etc. must also be removed from tents, tables and chairs - or charges may be assessed.

Customer is responsible for all equipment while it is in their possession. All repair/replacement costs incurred during the rental period will be billed to the customer if more than damage deposit.

*Damage deposit required during rental period. Damage deposit returned upon satisfactory return of rental items and/or satisfaction of additional costs incurred.*$50 deposit required to book date, deducted from total, non-refundable

*Chairs and tables must be cleaned and returned to carts prior to return/pickup.
